Australia’s most awarded single malt whisky

Established in 1994, Sullivans Cove Distillery is one of the pioneers of the burgeoning Tasmanian whisky industry. The Sullivans Cove team has won ‘world’s best’ titles for its whiskies three times in the last seven years. As a result, Sullivans Cove has put Tasmania, and Australia on the world whisky map.

The team’s single cask, single malt whisky is some of the world’s most sought-after, in both domestic and international markets. In 2021, Sullivans Cove added World Best Brandy to its list of accolades. 

The team recently announced plans to develop a world-class distillery and visitor experience at the Huon Quays site in the Sullivans Cove precinct on Hobart’s historic waterfront, returning to the original distillery location from 1994.
